Job Descriptions

• Provide Installation, Technical Support, Maintenance and trouble shootings to customers for Cyber Security Solution • Provide phone and email support service to external customers. • Provide on-site support on technical incidents/problems reported by customers, follow through the case from problem analysis, resolution, to the proper closure of the incident.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related
At least 2+ years’ experience in Cyber Security / Network Security / Cloud Security
Must have in-depth knowledge in WAF, Load Balance, SASE, SSE
Must have strong in English skills; Speaking, Listening, Reading,
AWS, GCP, Azure, Palo Alto, zScaler, Aruba, F5 Certificate would be advantage
High ability to learn new technology
Can communicate in English both writing and speaking.
