Job Descriptions

• Analysis and Develop and implement Human Resource policies, procedures and systems and ensure consistency and harmony with the HR/OD framework and national labor legislation • Analysis and Develop and implement human resource plans that are aligned to the country strategy, plans and priorities • Analysis and Develop and implement employee welfare and wellness services including medical schemes, insurance, security, work life balance • Analysis and Develop and implement Human Resource information systems, records and reports including availability and accuracy of information thereof • Monitor HR trends and business trends to develop OD policy & solutions to well respond to the challenges

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Engineering and/or related field.
At least 3-5 Years relevant work experience in OD or HR related field.
Systematic and analytical skills.
High level of interpersonal skills and work collaborative.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Good command of English.
Creative and takes initiative.
