Job Descriptions
The ideal candidate must have solid leadership skills and a track record of successfully implementing HR strategies, preferably in “Logistic service provider and Transportation services company” overseeing all aspects of Human Capital practices and processes by developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals and strategies. Managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business requirements through the development and preservation of human capital, and fostering a positive workplace culture. 1. HR Policy & Strategy: - Collaborate with management to identify and align Business strategies to develop and implement Human Capital strategies and initiatives that lead to overall organization development. - Forecast annual Manpower plan based on business growth, expansion plans and investment. 2. Budgeting, HR Metrics, and Reporting: - Plan annual HR Budget and variance analysis for overall spending periodically. 3. Supervise Recruitment and Onboarding: - Manage recruitment team and supervise recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. 4. Employee Relations and Engagement: - Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction. - Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner. 5. Performance Management: - Develop and implement career development plans and succession planning strategies. 6. Training and Development: - Identify training needs and design training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. 7. Compensation and Benefits: - Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures. Design reward and recognition programs to enhance employee motivation. 8. HR innovation & Transformation: - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS).
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  2. Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in HR management or related roles
  3. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  4. Skills : HR process transformation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities
  6. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
