Job DescriptionsRole Oveview :
• Lead and monitor HR team in HSOT to support the implementation of the human resource strategy
• Work closely with leaders and Managers to understand and advise,develop,support HR programs that aligned to business needs.
• Support the implementation of the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, develops and retains the talent it needs to achieve its current and future objectives.
• Plan, develop and execute training & development programs for employees that are in line with anticipated organization needs
Responsibilities:
Business Partner
• Provide effective support in executing global and local HR strategies/program
• Provide professional HR advices and support to management and line managers
• Lead recruitment effort and support strategies
• Lead and coach HR team to perform an effective new hire onboarding orientation program and ensure all positions have a complete related document.
• Lead the performance management by partnering leaders in implementing Performance Improvement Program (PIP),conduct disciplinary inquiry, coaching and counseling managers and employees.
• Improve manager and employee performance
• Conduct employee relation counseling, exit interviews, employee dialogue
• Support employee retention
• Develop training plans and procedures
• Support the talent management and succession planning initiatives
• Introduce process and systems improvement by collecting and analyzing information, developing solutions and recommending courses of action.
• Complete any other special projects and progressive reprot
• Review reports and present statistical information as required
• Demonstrate excellent level of integrity by keeping salary and sensitive HR information confidential.
• Keep abreast of latest legal requirements and trend in labor market
• Update job knowledge and participate in training opportunity.
• Ensure budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
• Any other duties as assigned.
