Job Descriptions

1. Recruit employees for various positions that the company is hiring, both Thai and foreigners. 2. Prepare employment contract documents for new employees. 3. Record employee data in the company's central system. 4. Orient new employees, both Thai and foreign. 5. Prepare other related documents, such as evaluating employees' probationary period. 6. Organize activities for employees as specified by the company. 7. Oversee labor relations.

Qualifications

Male or Female
30+ yrs old
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields
With at least 2+ years of experience in Recruitment and HR Management
Experience in screening candidates resumes and job applications
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job advertising websites
Experience in using Mango ERP, Hip Premium Time and B-Plus system is an advantage
Good communication skills both English (reading and writing)
Willing to work in Pattaya, Chonburi
