Job Descriptions-Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the electronics industry (PCB).
-Handle client inquiries and resolve issues related to supply chain processes.
-Coordinate order processing and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
-Provide regular updates to clients on order status and shipment progress.
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
-Collaborate with supply chain teams to address and resolve client needs.
-Assist in managing and improving client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
-Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.
-Through the network online, customer messages and other ways to support pre-sales, sales, after-sales product consulting, problem solving, demand rectification and feedback, etc..
-Understanding customer demand information and effective tracking, good pre-sales, after-sales guidance and service work.
-Familiar with the company's products (PCB, etc.), answer customer questions and implement the problem.
