1. E-commerce Operation Platform 1.) ดำเนินการขายสินค้าผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ (Shopee/Lazada) 1.1 วางแผนกลยุทธ์การขาย และการสื่อสารในช่องทาง Online ของบริษัทฯ (Lazada, Shopee, Line@, Facebook, etc.) 1.2 วางแผนเลือกสินค้า โปรโมชั่น และกิจกรรม Campagin ส่งเสริมการขายเพื่อเพิ่มยอดขาย 1.3 ดูแลภาพลักษณ์ของร้าน Marketplace และสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามกลยุทธ์ของแบรนด์ 1.4 บริหารจัดกาสินค้า เช่น อัปเดตราคาขาย ราคาโปรโมชั่น รายละเอียดของสินค้า รวมถึงสต็อกสินค้า ตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด 1.8 สรุปรายงาน และวิเคราะห์ผลงาน รวมทั้ง Insights ของลูกค้าที่ได้ เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาวิธีการทำงานของทีมงานให้ดียิ่งขึ้น 1.9 ประสานงานภายในองค์กรกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อจัดทำแผนให้ทางฝ่ายจัดซื้อใช้ในการสั่งสินค้า ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 2. Promotional/ deal and education activities 2.1 สังเกตุแนวโน้มของตลาด: สังเกตุแนวโน้มของตลาดและพฤติกรรมของลูกค้าอย่างใกล้ชิด และจัดเตรียมรายงานหรือแผนงานตามความจำเป็น 2.2 การจัดการฝึกอบรม: บริหารจัดการทีมขายออนไลน์ และ Coaching ทีมงานเพื่อให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 2.3 การติดตามคำสั่งซื้อ: Monitor บริหารจัดการงาน Operation ด้านการจัดส่งเพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าที่ถูกต้องและรวดเร็วที่สุด 2.4 การเจรจาดีลรายเดือน: ติดต่อประสานงานกับ Key Account Manager ของ Marketplace

Qualifications

Age 25-32, Male
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or other related fields.
Working Experience 1-3 years in Marketing, CRM, and Commercial with a focus on data intellegence management
Experience in define marketing initiatives to address multiple and different target customer segmentations for different business types
Knowledge of computing environments and operating systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot).
Experience in ERP system would be advantage
Excellence communication ability and presentation skills
Ability to perform multitasks and manage priorities
Able to use Market trend and Data Analysis
Support sales channels on online platform (GRAB, Robinhood, Food Panda, Line Mart, Lazada, shoppee)
Collaborate all strategy plan between functional stakeholders to ensure all activities are delivered right
Collaboration with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
Personality : Energized by a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, Results driven and solution oriented, Positive attitude, good team player, fast learner and flexibility
