Job Descriptions
1. Collect customer data, marketing activities, and customer needs. 2. Search for new customers and compile data for both existing and new customers. 3. Present products for sale and negotiate sales terms with both current and new customers. 4. Evaluate pricing and prepare quotations based on the needs and sales conditions of each customer. 5. Coordinate between customers and the production department during the production process. 6. Schedule delivery dates and follow up on product deliveries to customers according to the production plan. 7. Coordinate with the accounting department to issue invoices and track payments to ensure they are complete and on time. 8. Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction. 9. Record other sales department data according to quality systems such as ISO9001:2015, BRCGS, GMP, HACCP, ISO22000, ISO 15378, ISO 14000, HALAL, etc. 10. Other tasks assigned by manager.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business marketing or related field
  2. Good experience in sales and marketing.
  3. Able to present, negotiate, and work well with people, with a strategic mindset.
  4. Strong service attitude, good attitude, and focus on customer needs.
  5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and achieve challenging targets.
  6. Own a car and have a driving license.
  7. Good at speaking and writing in English.
