Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: •Maintaining the billing system •Generating invoices and account statements •Performing account reconciliations •Maintaining accounts receivable files and records •Producing monthly financial and management reports •Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries •Assisting in general financial management and analysis

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
Familiarity with financial accounting software, such as EXPRESS or SAP.
Basic knowledge of financial statements and reporting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with confidential information and maintain high levels of professionalism and integrity.
