• Function Test, System Test /Conduct system testing, collect actual testing results

• Prepare progress reports to supervisor

• Install OS & Software & Peripheral
• Set up system parameters/ Enter set up data / Prepare user manual
4. Trouble Shooting
• Receive calls from 1st line support/customer
• Perform work analysis and trouble shooting/ Problem solving/solution and making corrections
5. Support
• Maintain technical and service support/Co-operate/Communicate with all concerned parties
SUPPORT CONDITION
1. Working hours from 9.00 am. to 6.00 pm. Monday through Friday
2. Schedule Standby Support on Weekday from 6.30 pm. to 11:00 pm. Monday through Friday, including National and FTH’s public holidays
3. Schedule Standby Support on Weekend (including National and FTH’s public holidays) from 9:00 am – 11:00 pm
4. Remote support by telephone, E-mail support when the customer has incident case
Remark: Schedule Standby Support will be assigned to each Application Support Staff member every month.
(around 140 hrs. or less per month depend on working day and public holiday of each month.)
Qualifications - Thai Nationality, Age not over 35-years old.
- Bachelor’s in computer science or other IT Related fields
- 2-5 years working experience in Application Support / Developer /Tester
- Experience /knowledge with SQL is preferred
- Strong in database and programming skill
- Experience of Windows platforms including configuration
- Contract 1 Year. (Renewable)
