Job Descriptions
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in dispatching, identifying, receiving, and ensuring quality of products • Measure and address the effectiveness of employee performance and warehousing activities • Control and organize storage and inventory space • Ensure the accuracy of inventory and shipments • Communicate position expectations and train employees • Define staffing needs and allocate workload • Interact with clients to resolve problems or answer questions • Maintain records, utilize specialized reports, and document relevant information to calculate warehouse ranks • Prepare, pack, schedule, and route orders for delivery
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics
  2. Proven experience in coordinating and directing operations
  3. At least 3 years experience as warehouse leader in manufacturing
  4. Good command in English or Chinese
  5. Warehouse supervisory expertise
  6. Understanding of warehouse software application packages and
  7. Microsoft Office proficiency
  8. Knowledge of conventional management and warehousing fundamentals
  9. Highly efficient supervisory techniques and skills
  10. Good interpersonal
  11. The ability to safely operate warehouse machinery and equipment
  12. The ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  13. The ability to stand for extended periods
