Job Descriptions
- Handling for AP / AR /TAX and payment – verify all transactions both local and overseas. - Handling for General Ledger – accrual / prepaid / adjustment items and others. - Handling for scrap lenses, mould and assets disposal. - Ensure that all accounting transactions align with Tax regulations and Company policies. - Control prepaid expense and accrual expense. - Reconcile all bank accounts and balance sheet accounts. (prepaid and accrual) - Cash flow – update actual by weekly and forecast. - Reconcile and confirm Intercompany transactions with HQ every month-end. - Analyze the variance of expense every month-end. - Create and control lease assets. - Issue manual receipts to customers and debit note to Intercompany. - Handling for provision calculating of spare parts and materials. - Support Chief accountant for month-end / year-end closing / physical count / annual auditing. - Coordinate to Auditors / Bank / Tax officers. - Other tasks assigned by superior.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in Senior level.
  3. Experience in SAP will be a plus.
  4. Good command in English.
  5. Have own car.
