Job Descriptions
Oversee the entire procurement process, ensuring the efficient, timely, and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, exceptional negotiation skills, and a keen eye for detail. - Supervise and manage the daily operations of the procurement department. - Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives. - Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers. - Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key vendors. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - Analyze market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly. - Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses. - Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and manage supply chain logistics. - Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  3. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  7. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  8. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point
  9. Experience with Formula Program will be considered a plus.
  10. Knowledge of ISO9001/IATF16949 quality systems is required.
  11. Must be able to commute to work independently.
  12. Basic proficiency in English communication (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
