Job Descriptions

Communicate with customers and the factory to check whether the customer's requirements can be met and whether the product can be made. If it can be made, notify the business department to place an order. (Similar to a technical communication bridge between customers and the factory) -Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. -Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. -Manage project life cycle from initiation to closure. -Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. -Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. -Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including tasks, durations, and resource assignments. -Utilize electrical or mechanical engineering expertise to contribute to project design and implementation. -Utilize engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. -Develop risk management plans and contingency plans to address potential project roadblocks. -Prepare and deliver project status reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations as required. -Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations. Implement and oversee quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle. -Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency. Prepare budget reports and financial forecasts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field.
Good communication skills(Prefer have basic Chinese or English Skill)
Be responsible
