Job Descriptions
Job Responsibilities - Work closely and build a strong relationship with team, business users and technical teams, prepare designs and confirm functional specifications including application flow, business logics, screens, reports and data files, etc. - Along with Delivery / Project Management work, coordinate with business users by acting as business analyst to analyze the business requirements. - Managing business conceptualization and rationalization (feasibility, cost/benefit, fit/gap analysis) - Develop a detailed plan and approach for requirement analysis and design phase -Establish and analyze business processes, ensure, prioritize and confirm end-to-end business requirement -Develop new process and provide support to various migration data process. -Perform impact analysis, consolidate implementation efforts and develop implementation plan from the input of various parties e.g. development team, test team, and infrastructure team -Perform functional testing, when assigned and check system functionality and UAT results evidence. -Manage requirements throughout the life cycle, functional issue(s) and risk(s) -Develop plan and approach for business deployment including training -Manage and supervise team performance by setting objectives and performance metrics and standards and conducting performance reviews
Qualifications
  1. At least 4-10 years’ experience in project deliveries as Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or System Analyst
  2. Background in banking and financial services business is an advantage
  3. Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide appropriate solution
  4. Technical Skill Database or AS400
  5. Skill Database or AS400
  6. Background in banking and financial data services business is an advantage
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people such as clients, developers, or testers
  8. Strong team leadership and development skills, driver, committed and result-oriented
  9. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
