Job Descriptions
1.Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products 2.Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay 3.Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand 4.Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations 5.Schedule shift according to production needs 6.Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time 7.Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.) 8.Prepare and submit status and performance reports 9.Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff 10.Plan to manage inventories and ensure that material resources are consistent with production schedules. 11.Determining material specifications, creating and maintaining inventory schedules, coordinating with internal departments, and managing external stakeholder relations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, statistics or relate filed
  2. Proven experience as production planner material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position.
  3. Good command in English / Chinese
  4. Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
  5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  6. Good at math and statistics
  7. Good interpersonal
  8. Excellent communication abilities
  9. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems.
