Job Descriptions
Supports management in driving ‘Lean’.
Select projects suitable implementing ‘Lean’.
Conducts various Lean Projects as per the KAEFER methodology.
Enables and motivates project management teams to identify and eliminate waste through application of lean methodologies.
Develops & collects best practices and shares them with the project teams & Regional Lean Leader
Organizes & conducts Lean training for the total site team in all the levels.
Should be willing to travel extensively internationally.
Qualifications
- Engineering graduate with about 5 years of experience in ‘Lean’.
- Good knowledge in MS – Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentation & facilitation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience & knowledge in ‘Lean-Six-Sigma” will be an advantage.
- Good commands in English (fluent in writing and speaking)
