Job Descriptions
Job Responsibilities: E-commerce Platform Management - Manage product listings and operations on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop - Update product information and pricing in real-time - Track platform orders and handle basic customer interactions - Maintain product pages and store branding Social Media Marketing - Develop and execute social media content strategy - Create engaging visual and written content targeting key customer segments - Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms - Conduct basic ad campaigns and performance tracking - Analyze social media engagement metrics Bonus Qualifications: - Practical e-commerce marketing experience - Previous cross-border e-commerce work - Basic graphic design skills - Familiarity with AI marketing tools - Experienced in Food & beverage product Work Arrangement: - 20-25 hours per week (responsible for shops) - Flexible working hours - Partially remote work option
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related field preferred
  2. Fluent in Thai and English
  3. Proficient in Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop platform operations
  4. Experience in social media marketing
  5. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and AI applications
  6. Strong communication and execution skills
