Job Descriptions
1.จัดทำใบวางบิลและประสานงานติดตามยอดชำระที่เกินกำหนดและถึงกำหนดได้ตรงตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนดในเขตการขายที่รับผิดชอบ
2.ตัดรับชำระ และบันทึกบัญชีได้อย่างถูกต้อง
3.จัดทำใบฝากธนาคารเพื่อนำเช็คที่ได้รับเข้าฝากธนาคาร ตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนของใบนำฝากธนาคาร
4.จัดทำสรุปรายงานลูกหนี้คงค้าง รายสัปดาห์ และ รายประจำเดือน
5.จัดเก็บเอกสารได้อย่างถูกต้องและเป็นระเบียบ
6.งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากบังคับบัญชา
7.ทำงานวันจันทร์ - ศุกร์ เวลา 9.00 น. - 18.00 น.
Qualifications
- เพศชาย , หญิง
- อายุ 25-35 ปี
- ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- จบทางด้านสาขาบัญชี
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft office และโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ERP (Bplus) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
