-Identify & Develop new business opportunities. -Customer relationship management. -Project Management (outdoor furniture) -Sales Presentations. -Negotiation & Sales Closing. -Collaboration: work closely with designer, developer, interior designer, manufacturing. -Marketing analysis. -Sales reporting. -Customer service. working day : Monday-Saturday (ผ่านทดลองงานให้หยุดเสาร์เว้นเสาร์)

Qualifications

Male / Female, not over 40 years of age
Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the furniture or related industry
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Proficient in English language is a must
Proficient in using Microsoft Office
Knowledge of furniture products and industry trends is an advantage
Good looking and personal attributes
Stay in Suanluang, On-Nuch, Pattanakarn, Srinakarin, Praram9, Klongton is preferable to consider
