Job Descriptions
-วางแผนการดูแลและจัดเตรียมเครื่องจักรให้พร้อมสำหรับแผนการผลิต และทำการผลิตงานให้ได้ตามแผนการผลิต -ควบคุมดูแลการทำงานของพนักงานให้ทำงานถูกต้องทันต่อแผนการผลิต และอยู่ในระเบียบของบริษัท -ตัดสินใจและแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้น เพื่อให้เครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์สำหรับสนับสนุนการผลิตพร้อมสำหรับแผนการผลิต -จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือที่จำเป็นที่ต้องใช้ในการทำงาน เพื่อให้สามารถนำเดินการผลิตตามแผนการผลิต -จัดทำแผนเพื่อดำเนินการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน และลดปริมาณของเสียที่เกิดขึ้นให้สอดคล้องตามนโยบายของบริษัท -จัดอบรมให้ความรู้แก่พนักงานเพื่อเพิ่มทักษะการทำงาน -จัดทำ KPI ของแผนก และดำเนินการตามแผนที่วางไว้เพื่อให้บรรลุเป็าหมาย KPI
Qualifications
  1. ประสบการณ์ 10 ปีขึ้นไป ในการบริหารงานในสายการผลิต
  2. เพศชาย อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีความรู้ด้าน Die casting หรือ Mold maintenance พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีทักษะในการบริหารและการจัดการองค์กร
  6. มีทักษะในการวางแผนงานและงบประมาณ และการนำเสนอผลงาน
  7. มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
