Job Descriptions

Data Management and Analysis (40%) - Extract and analyze data to assess warehouse operations and other organizational functions. - Conduct thorough queries on databases to ensure high-quality data retrieval for process improvement and development. - Create data visualizations to communicate findings effectively to the team, facilitating problem-solving and process enhancements. - Utilize analyzed data to improve and develop work processes. Project Development and Improvement (30%) - Apply data-driven insights to assigned projects aimed at operational improvement. - Present data and project proposals for operational enhancements. Project Leadership and Monitoring (20%) - Lead, track, and summarize results of projects implemented for work process improvement across different departments. - Implement and monitor cross-functional projects with clear objectives, ensuring proper execution and reporting results. Meeting Coordination (10%) - Prepare for meetings, including creating agendas and documenting meeting minutes as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Science, or a related field.
At least 1 years of proven experience in conducting data queries and managing data effectively.
Strong experience in data analysis and visualization, including proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects, including the application of data-driven insights for operational improvement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly to various stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
