Job Descriptions
1. Load customer PO and create sales order into DAX for all site
2. Create sale order in system of customer specific item
3. Monthly statement to customer regarding scrap and packing material (at this time 2 customer, Kamstrup in SKA and Fauna in NES)
4. Invoice and email all "approved" orders for invoice. Meaning that the pool/cue will include all sale orders approved (Price and margin approved according to Trade agreement).
5. Support shipment process
Qualifications
- Male/Female
- Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) or any related field
- 3 years minimum experience directly related to the duties are responsibilities
- Strong manage subordinate to meet the department in policy
- Experience in Electronic field is preferred
- Good command in English
- ERP (DAX) knowledge
- Have a good team work attitude
