Job Descriptions
1.จัดทำ report Performance รวมทั้ง Analyze วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เพื่อสรุปผลงานของพนักงาน และ นำเสนอแก่ผู้บริหาร
2.สื่อสารเกณฑ์ Incentive , KPIs หรือ สื่อความเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพนักงานขาย เพื่อให้พนักงานขายรับทราบ และ มีความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้อง ตรงกัน
3.Sales & Lead Management รวบรวม lead ลูกค้าที่สนใจจาก ทุกช่องทางของธนาคาร และ จัดสรรให้กับทีมขาย เพื่อดำเนินการติดต่อลูกค้า รวมถึงมีการวัดผลลัพธ์ของ lead แต่ละกลุ่ม เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
4.จัดทำ presentation เพื่อนำเสนอข้อมูลต่างๆของสายงาน เพื่อนำเสนอแก่ผู้บริหารธนาคารทั้งภาษาไทย และ ภาษาอังกฤษ
5.ทำงาน Adhoc ให้แก่ผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
- Male/female age 25 - 30 year
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years in Sales Management, Sales Performance Analysis or related role.
- Preferably within Banking or Financial services sectors.
- Advanced Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, excel formulas)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to translate data into analysis.
- Excellent Communication skills
