Job Descriptions

1. Export business and local sales in Thailand. 2. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. 3. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. 4. Work as a mentor for junior salespeople. 5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. 6. Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports. 7. Attend industry events and international exhibitions. 8. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Proven track record as a Sales Executive or in other similar sales-related roles in the jewelry industry, with at least 5 years of experience.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude, ability to close deals with large customers.
Solid experience with ERP software and MS Office.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
