Job Descriptions

-Check the incoming & outgoing of RM and FG with the transfer slip and D/O. -Record the incoming & outgoing of RM and FG in the stock card. -Balance the incoming and outgoing stock and available space of each warehouse. -Report the available space of each warehouse to all concern party. -Record and review the Staffing Plan with Sub-contractor and transportation Company. -Report the status of container and truck arrival & depart from company to all concerned party. -Supervise sub-contractor for checking the container and truck condition is comply to FSSC. 22000 standard & safety regulation. -Reject and report the NC or extraordinary item to supervisor. For starch warehouse check the charging plan to prepare the RM picking comply with planning. -Control RM unloading operation and take sample for quality assurance. -Assist the commander for shipment loading on the vessel. -Confirm quantity in sounding process at harbor tank before start loading. -Re-check connecting hose between harbor & vessel before flushing process. -Other work as assigned.

Qualifications

High vocational in Logistics Management, or related fields.
0-1 years working experiences in Store/Warehouse, outsource management will be advantage.
Having knowledge of quality management system such as ISO9001:2000, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, Halal.
Able to be literate in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Power Point.
Having leadership, problem solving skill and energetic.
