Job Descriptions
1.Draft the performance management system and formulate the performance appraisal plan, implement the performance appraisal work, and provide corresponding support to each department. 2.Responsible for personnel announcements and reward and punishment announcements. 3.Conduct job analysis, create and maintain job descriptions. 4.Assist supervisors in resolving labor disputes, handle employee problems, and provide personnel policy support. 5.Collect and sort out the investigation data required for personnel management and put forward reasonable suggestions. 6.Assist in completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor temporarily.
Qualifications
  1. HRM major with at lest 2 years experience. (Non MRM major while excellent experience is OK)
  2. Familiar with HRM process and labor regulations, can operate proficiently.
  3. Have strong responsibility and professional mannerism, good sense of teamwork and coordination skill
  4. Skillfull to use Office software.
  5. Fluent on English/Thai/Chinese is prefered.
