Job Descriptions

1.Follow up as new product schedule 2.Machine, Tooling, Equipment preparation for production of new product 3.Test the capability of machine and process 4.Preparation product sample for customer approve 5.Coordinate with cross functional and customer and sub-contractor 6.Improvement and development machine, tooling, equipment and process to have the efficiency, suitable and safety 7.Improvement and development product 8.Reduce machine breakdown 9.Check and improvement machine, equipment, tooling and process for reduce defect rate 10.Coaching operator and relate function about new product, quality, method, process and including 11.Analyze problems that happen with non-conforming products in the production process 12.Examine to assess the risks that may cause malfunctions in the production process 13.Coordinate with relevant departments to solve problems arising in the production process

Qualifications

Male or Female Age 25–40 Years Old.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
2-3 Years experience in Manufacturing Engineer in PCB industry
Experience in PCB process and New Model process
Knowledge of Control Plan, Process Flow, WI
Familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook
Good Communication Skills and Problem Solving Analysis
Able to communicate in Chinese or English
