Job Descriptions

1.Knowledge of domestic and international purchasing 2.Schedule with supplier to meet production plan 3.Responsible for selecting and coordinating of vendors from the Approved Vendor List for purchases. 4.To procure the right parts/quantities with the required quality, on time to minimize production loss hours / Obsolescence and to meet the Master Production Schedule. 5.Issuing PO to supplier per lead time and following up delivery schedule with supplier to meet with production plan. 6.Controlling and manage inventory with suitable level. 7.Follow up on rejected (MDR) or wrongly sent parts and ensure punctual return of the parts. 8.Coordinate supplier production capacity reviews and tooling capacity/condition reviews to ensure suppliers can fulfil long term production plans. 9.Formulating customer and vendor relationship and monitoring on time delivery, quality, pricing etc. 10.Summary report the related with KPI of purchasing section. 11.Follow company’s rules and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

Male or Female Age 25–40 Years Old.
Bachelor's degree Logistics Management branch or other branches related
At least 2-3 years of experience in supply chain.
Have skills in management, follow-up, and coordination in order to deliver products according to plan.
Have a good attitude Able to work under pressure conditions
Have good communication skills including negotiation skills
Can start work immediately will be given special consideration
Able to communicate in Chinese
