Job Descriptions
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and serve as the main point of contact for all matters specific to the assigned accounts. 2. Collaborate with clients to create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to their ecommerce goals. 3. Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 4. Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives. 5. Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy sessions with clients to ensure alignment with business objectives. 6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and marketplace developments to provide strategic guidance to clients. 7. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives. 8. Resolve client issues and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 9. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective ecommerce clients and conduct sales presentation. **hybrid working, Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00**
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience in e-commerce platforms.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Strong understanding of ecommerce fulfilment processes.
