Job Descriptions- Develop & optimize digital media strategy, covering both media planning & performance optimization, to maximize Brand Awareness, Engagement, and Conversion Rate.
- Define campaign objectives, media budget allocation, and KPIs, while conducting market research & competitor benchmarking to refine media strategies.
- Generate performance reports, consumer insights, and audience analytics for internal teams and senior stakeholders.
- Oversee and enhance workflows within the Media Buying, Programmatic, and Planning teams to ensure effective ad placements & budget efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Content, and Data Analytics teams to drive full-funnel marketing effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities
- Create and manage advertisements across various online platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, YouTube, TikTok, Line, and X (Twitter).
- Plan target audiences and efficiently manage advertising campaigns.
- Analyze, measure, and optimize ad performance while providing recommendations to the marketing team for ad content, including keywords, ad text, banner images, and videos.
- Manage budgets and ensure campaign outcomes align with organizational goals and strategies.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
