Job Descriptions
- ดูแลและบำรุงรักษาระบบเครือข่ายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและอุปกรณ์ประกอบต่างๆ ให้สามารถทำงานได้ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด และ ดำเนินการติดต่อVender, Supplier เมื่อมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์ Network ต่างๆ - สนับสนุน ให้คำปรึกษา และแก้ไขปัญหาทางด้านเทคนิค แก่หน่วยงานให้บริการต่างๆ เช่น Technical Services และ Customer Services เป็นต้น - ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งภายในและภายนอก ในการติดตั้งระบบ หรือการแก้ไขปัญหาให้แก่ลูกค้า ให้สำเร็จลุล่วงด้วยดี ภายในเวลาอันรวดเร็วภายใต้กรอบเวลาที่กำหนดไว้อย่างเหมาะสม มีความรู้ระดับพื้นฐาน-ดีในการจัดการและดูแลระบบดังต่อไปนี้; - Networking : Router, Network Switch, Firewall, Server มีความรู้ระดับพื้นฐาน-ดีในการจัดการและดูแลระบบดังต่อไปนี้; - Server : Linux. - Network : Router , Switch , Firewall
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  2. อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  3. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไป
  4. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่
  5. ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการซ่อมและการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น
  6. ทำงานวันจันทร์ - วันเสาร์ เวลา 09.00 - 18.00 น.
  7. สามารถรับแรงกดดันจากลูกค้าได้ดี
  8. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
  9. มีประสบการณ์พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
