Job Descriptions

- Administration: Server H/W, VM, create/change/delete and OS level administration. - Monitoring server operation and performance. - Work Time: Monday - Friday: 8.30-17.30 (Able to work in weekend on some occasion and help remote standby on call as 24x7) - Work Location: Mainly in Our Customer Office (Bangkok - BTS Ploenchit Station), Able to work in Singapore for short period when necessary. - Patch management (Manage Schedule & Applied Patch); Server OS patch, H/W firmware. - Monitor Server Resource & Report daily, monthly and purpose to extend. - Conduct Backup operation and backup job including system recovery when necessary. - Escalate and follow up with vendor when necessary (Dell, Lenovo, VMWare, etc.) Operate and manage all physical equipment (VMware cluster, Backup Server, Tape Library, etc.)

Qualifications

Thai nationality only.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
At least experience 2 ~ 5 years in IT infrastructure field.
Able to communicate in Thai and English.
Strong knowledge in VMWare, Linux, Microsoft Window server, etc.
Strong knowledge in Enterprise backup system such as Veeam and veritus NetBackup.
Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
Having a strong service mind characteristics.
Having a growth mindset attitude.
Having open-minded attitude.
