Job Descriptions
1. On-site process management of the production process: responsible for the control management of the production process, including process optimization, identification of product key points, and formulation of control schemes and improvement of process guidance documents; 2, on-site process optimization: optimize the on-site process and processing route, optimize the operation method and process accessories, optimize the process personnel; 3. Site improvement: responsible for the improvement and adjustment of the layout of the site area, the introduction of standard equipment, and the centralized management of station appliances; Constantly design and optimize all kinds of station equipment, improve the processing technology; 4. On-site abnormal solution: responsible for handling abnormal production problems, improving poor engineering problems, and dealing with quality anomalies.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or above.At least 1 year working experience.
  2. Major in mechanical design, automation, material forming, IE, etc.
  3. Can use Chinese and Thai as working languages.
  4. Strong stress resistance, communication and coordination skills, and team spirit.
  5. Good organization and coordination skills.
  6. Proficient in CAD drawing software, UG software, able to independently complete tooling drawing;
  7. Dare to challenge the process of "from 0 to 1".
  8. Working experience in air conditioning industry is preferred.
