Job Descriptions

- Managing the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce business, including customer service, e-shop decoration and financial planning. - Responsible for brand P&L, budgeting, negotiating & implementing marketing campaigns on various marketplaces to optimize brand's achievement. - Develop and execute marketing plans, including awareness campaigns, conversion strategies, and social media initiatives. - Work with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues impacting brand performance on all platforms (operations, fulfilment services, marketing, finance etc.). - Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in areas such as customer satisfaction, revenue generation potential, and conversion rates. - Data reporting and presentation (Monthly, Yearly, Double digit day).

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing or related majors and have experiences 1-3 years.
At least 1 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations
knowledge of e-commerce landscape and market trends
Excellent command of English and Thai
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent Communication and Coordination Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
