Job Descriptions
- Control over IT HW (divices) stocks that are using
- Planning and control the operation of prepare hardware that will send to replace the fault devices at store
- prepare and planning to do the claim operation of fault devices (in warrantee period)
- Reconcile these following HW report
- Coordinate with Vendors when request supporting service that including requst for spare part
- prepare the repost generation of IT HW Operation
Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in setup and Support.
- Experience in shift planning for setup staff
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail in rushing situations.
- Problem-solving abilities
- Good relationship with related department
- Sharing knowledge with team
