Job Descriptions
•In charge of the recruitment of positions; •Work with line managers to define and update the recruiting needs/Job Description; •Develop and maintain recruitment channels to ensure the recruitment effectiveness and maximize recruiting efficiency; •Design & facilitate talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans； •Prepare interview report and evaluation report; •Develop talent assessment tool and improve recruitment process; •Build up long-term relationship with existing vendors and develop new vendor； •Lead vendor review process； •Plan & execute EVP program； •Other HR related responsibilities/projects once required.
Qualifications
  1. More than 4 years recruiting experience, experience in search firms is a plus. Have oversea recruiting experience or vendor resource is preferred；
  2. Good at Thai language, Chinese.
  3. Good PC Skills & familiar with recruiting system and strong analysis capability.
  4. Good team work spirit, respect and value people.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Willing to take high initiative and responsibilities.
