Job Descriptions

As the Product Engineer “Screen Printing” you are responsible for the screen printing product groups, requirements and related technical fabrication solutions. You know the screen printing process steps across various industrial applications and you are familiar with the related product specifications and standards. Your role extends to leveraging your knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment and technologies to define and validate most suitable fabrication methods to market the screen printing products aligning with the Business Segment strategy

Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Screen Printing, Textile and/or Engineering.
Technical Expertise: Knowledge and experience in engineering, managing industrial products and/or screen printing industry.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving ability with a creative and innovative mindset.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to work collaboratively in international, cross-functional teams.
Decision-Making: Strong decision-making skills with transparent communication. Ability to resolve disputes and conflicts
Leadership Qualities: Target and solution-oriented with a role model function. Subtle assertiveness, a strong sense of responsibility, and consistent behavior towards oneself and the environment
Language Skills: Very good English skills in both verbal and written forms.
