เป็นงานสัญญาจ้างแบบรายเดือน มีโอกาสต่อสัญญาจ้าง ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับผลงาน ส่วนสวัสดิการพื้นฐานที่ได้รับคือ โบนัส, ประกันสังคม ประกันสุขภาพแบบกลุ่ม , ปรับเงินเดือนประจำปี, วันหยุด เสาร์-อาทิตย์, ลาพักร้อน 10 วันต่อปี รถรับ-ส่ง (แนะนำให้เช็คเส้นทางกับ HR ก่อน ) และยังมีโอกาสได้ปรับเป็นพนักงานประจำของบริษัทฯ ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขและกฏระเบียบของบริษัท
หน้าที่หลัก
- โทรติดต่อลูกค้า เพื่อทำการนัดหมายให้ทีมวิศวกร
- ให้ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ทางโทรศัพท์
- อัพเดทข้อมูลน่าสนใจต่างๆ ให้ลูกค้าทราบ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี คณะการตลาด หรืออื่นๆ
- อายุ 23-35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์การดูแลลูกค้า ประสานงานฝ่ายขาย หรือการตลาดต่างๆ
- รักการทำงานผ่านโทรศัพท์และคอมพิวเตอร์
- น้ำเสียงสุภาพ ใจเย็น รู้จักการโน้นน้าว
- ทัศนคติดี มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะทางด้านประสานงาน
