Job Descriptions
ตำแหน่ง: หัวหน้าแผนกบัญชี (Accounting Supervisor ) หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: 1. ควบคุม ดูแล และจัดการงานบัญชีทั้งหมดของแผนกให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานการบัญชี และกฎหมายภาษีอากร 2. ตรวจสอบการบันทึกบัญชี รายการรายรับ-รายจ่าย และการปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน/ประจำปี 3. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการยื่นภาษี เช่น ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT), ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล 4. จัดทำและตรวจสอบการกระทบยอดบัญชีธนาคาร (Bank Reconciliation) และบัญชีอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 5. ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการทำงานของทีมงานบัญชี รวมถึงให้คำแนะนำและพัฒนาความสามารถของทีม 6. จัดทำงบการเงิน และรายงานวิเคราะห์ทางการเงินนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร 7. ดูแลการจัดทำเอกสารประกอบการตรวจสอบบัญชี และประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีทั้งภายในและภายนอก 8. วางแผนและควบคุมการบริหารต้นทุน และควบคุมงบประมาณขององค์กร 9. ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาระบบการทำงานบัญชีให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น รวมถึงระบบควบคุมภายใน (Internal Control)
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิ ปวช - ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือ เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย1ปี
  4. มีประสบการณ์ปิดงบประมาณ
  5. หากเคยใช้โปรแกรมTRCจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. สามารถปฏิบัติงาน ที่สำนักงานใหญ่ อ.จักราช จ.นครราชสีมา ได้
  7. มีความรู้เรื่อง ภาษี หัก ณ ที่จ่าย
