บริหาร วางแผน อัตรากำลังพลให้เกิดความเหมาะสม และประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน
ควบคุม กำกับ ดูแล และรับผิดชอบเป้ายอดขายสาขา
วางกลยุทธ์ ช่องทางการขายสินค้าใหม่ๆ
ควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายของสาขาให้เป็นไปตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนดไว้
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผจก อย่างน้อย 5-10 ปี
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ ศาสนา
- อายุ 38 ปีขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในธุรกิจค้าปลีก
- ทัศนคติดี คิดบวก
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- มีรถเดินทางสะดวก สามารถเดินทาง กรณีโอนย้ายสาขา
- มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ ทักษะด้านการบริหาร ทักษะด้านการขาย และการบริการ
