Job Descriptions
1.ศึกษาข้อมูลนวัตกรรมใหม่ ๆ ที่สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์องค์กร 2.คิดค้นนวัตกรรม ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่หรือปรับปรุงสมบัติของพอลิเมอร์ ชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ บรรจุภัณฑ์ ให้ผ่านมาตรฐานและความต้องการของลูกค้า 3.ควบคุมและออกแบบกระบวนการการวิจัย เช่น การผสมสูตรพอลิเมอร์ การขึ้นรูปพลาสติก 4.ดำเนินการทดลองทั้งในส่วน lab scale (two roll mill, compression, extrusion, blow molding) และ production scale 5.ออกแบบการทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ในกรณีที่ไม่มีมาตรฐานสากล 6.ทดสอบและวิเคราะห์ผลของวัสดุและผลิตภัณฑ์ เช่น TGA, DSC, FT-IR 7.จัดหาวัตถุดิบและสารเคมีสำหรับงานวิจัย 8.วิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาผลิตภัณฑ์ 9.สรุปและจัดทำรายงานผลการวิจัยเพื่อนำเสนอแก่ลูกค้า
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 23 - 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี/โท สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์, วิศวกรรมเคมี, พอลิเมอร์ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติพอลิเมอร์ กระบวนการขึ้นรูป
  4. มีความรู้ในมาตรฐานการทดสอบสากล
  5. มีความรู้ด้านระบบ ISO9001 , ISO/IEC17025
  6. สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
  7. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
