ควบคุม ดูแลการจ้างบุคคลให้ตรงกับตำแหน่งที่ต้องการ พร้อมดูแลการพัฒนาทักษะของพนักงานพร้อมกับดูแลประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน ควบคุม ดูแลการจ่ายเงินเดือนพนักงาน และสิทธิประโยชน์ทั้งของพนักงานและขององค์กร ปรังปรุง และนำเสนอกฏระเบียบ ข้อบังคับขององค์กร ควบคุมดูแล ให้พนักงานทำตามกฏระเบียบขององค์กร ดูแลให้การปฏิบัติขององค์กรต่อพนักงาน ตรงตามกฏหมายแรงงาน เชื่อมสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพนักงานและองค์กร
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ ไม่เกิน 45 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส./ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารการจัดการ ทรัพยากรบุคคล บริหารธุรกิจ สิ่งแวดล้อม อาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยหรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้เป็นอย่างดี (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power point)
  4. มีทักษะการพูด และการติดต่อสื่อสารดีเยี่ยม
  5. มีความใฝ่รู้ และพัฒนาตนเองอยู่เสมอ
  6. มีความอดทนและทักษะในการปฏิบัติงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน
  7. ช่างสังเกตและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องอยู่เสมอ
