Job DescriptionsThis position reports directly to the Learning and Development (L&D) Department Manager, within T&L Division. Responsible for supporting the organization, implementation, and evaluation of assigned training programs/courses. Involved in designing training curricula, preparing for training sessions, coordinating logistics with both internal and external departments, and collecting the post-training evaluations according to the set timeline. This ensures that HaddThip employees enhance their skills, knowledge, and capabilities, resulting in improved work efficiency and achievement of the company's targets. Supports all activities of the Talent and Learning Division as assigned.
