Job Descriptions
1. ควบคุมดูแลการทำงานในส่วนกระบวนการผลิตและบรรจุ 2. ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ การทำงานของพนักงาน และประสานงานภายในและภายนอกหน่วยงานเช่น ฝ่ายช่างซ่อมบำรุง คลังสินค้า QC เป็นต้น 3. วางแผนการผลิต เครื่องจักรและกำลังคนให้สอดคล้องกับการทำงาน 4. รายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา รวมถึงการแจ้งปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นและแนวทางแก้ไข ป้องกัน 5. งานบันทึกเอกสาร การทวนสอบการทำงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา 6. ควบคุมดูแลกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด 7. งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย หรือหญิง
  2. อายุ 23-35 ปี
  3. การศึกษาระดับ ปวช.ขึ้นไป หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Ms.Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. หากมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบคุณภาพ FSSC BRC มาจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการทำงานโรงงานอาหาร หรืองานควบคุมการผลิตมาจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลา OT ได้
  8. มีความรู้ในการวางแผนการผลิตและวางแผนกำลังคน
  9. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
