Job Descriptions
-New Model ( APQP , PPAP )
- Control and ensure QA job to correctly by following the control plan.
- Test product as per requirement & standard.
- Toanalyze the root cause of quality issues from customer and NTPT's production processes.
- Cooperate with concern department to improve quality in process.
- Ensure the correct measurment and tool are used in process.
- To process ( Measument System Analysis )MSA and SPC.
- To control and plan calibration of measurment and also evaluate calibration result.
- Cooperte with APQP team in case of new model trial to ensure miss customer requirement.
Qualifications
- Male / Female, age 25-35 years.
- ฺBachelor Degree in Enginering (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering)
- Experience 1 - 4 years in Quality control Engineer or production.
- Knowledge ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO14001
- Understand core tools ( SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, stc )
- Knowledge in drawing, quality control, graphing and analysis of tools (7 tools)
