Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for fundamental tasks that are required to run the store in each E-commerce platform [List products, Price upload, voucher setup, banner upload, stock available maintenance, etc.] 2. Responsible for managing daily promotions of the store. Participate in e-commerce platform activities Optimize ads inside and outside the platform Improve order transaction rates and inspect e-commerce stores on a daily basis 3. Ensure products are always ready-to-sell and stock availability. 4. Co-ordinate with Key Account Manager to prepare and configurate promotion mechanics in online platforms e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok and etc. 5. Co-ordinate with graphic design for all art works to generate brand impression and to create eye-catching content. 6. Co-ordinate with customer service and fulfillment to optimize customer experience and channel performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher Unlimited fields of study
At least 1-3 years of experience.
Familiarity with Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok seller center is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and under deadlines.
Detail oriented, organized, systematic thinking and work well under pressure.
Proficiency in Computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems.
MS Excel knowledge such as pivot or vlook up.
Team work skill between internal team
Fast learner with a desire to learn about new exciting tools and technologies.
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
