Job Descriptions

Lead, supervise, coach operation team and control the output to achieve the goals (Plan/Quality/Cost/Delivery) Support and drive the activities to achieve the target and improve the manufacturing performance Provide training, direction, development and monitoring to operator for skill development Follow up production schedule to build good quality product and meeting output target. Follow up production problem and make corrective/preventive action plan. Enforce 5s and safety regulation & policy to prevent accident and potential for operator injuries on the job.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any fields.
3 years in leader or supervisor level.
Experience in electronic assembly is preferred.
Good command in English both written and communication. Chinese is plus.
Able to work in shift.
Good in computer literacy (MS office).
Strong in leadership with can-do-attitude.
