Job Descriptions

•Graphic Design: - Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, including social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and corporate reports. - Ensure all designs align with the company's brand identity and marketing strategies. - Update and maintain internal databases of designs and graphic assets. • Video Creation: - Produce high-quality video content, including promotional videos, product demos, tutorials, and social media clips. - Handle all aspects of video production, video filming and editor. - Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video content. • Collaboration: - Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other designers to produce cohesive and impactful content. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and video ideas. • Brand Consistency: - Ensure all visual content maintains a consistent look and feel that aligns with brand guidelines. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement brand strategies across all media. • Project Management: - Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality outputs. - Coordinate with external printers, vendors, and agencies as needed to ensure final products meet design specifications. • Market Research: - Stay updated with the latest design and video production trends, tools, and technologies. - Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform design and video production strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in Graphic design and Video Creator.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to use a camera for video (Pre and Post production)
