- Managing all property management activities with landlord, interfacing with tenants/sub-tenants, and municipalities, as needed.
- Serving as a liaison with vendor to resolve defective, landscaping, parking, and property cleanliness problems.
- Working closely with tenants or landlord or more related as well as performing lease reviews on their own to ensure obligations and rights are understood by all parties. Preparing, submitting, securing, and documenting to related parties consents.
- Communicating and Liaison with Local Area Gorverment to manage with overall activities such as Annual Property Tax, Monthly Property Fee, Land and Building Tax etc. include domestic and international areas.
- Planning process to prioritize property locations that need attention to resolve and working in timeline activities plan.
